JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks for consideration of temporary permit application produced at Ext.P1 which is said to have been filed on 23.01.2015. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the Field Officer's report has been called for and there is a preliminary objection with respect to the overlap of Scheme route. In such circumstances, the Field Officer's report shall be expedited and the matter shall be considered, at any rate, within a period of three weeks from today.

Writ petition disposed of.
