JUDGMENT

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader as well as learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent.
2. This writ petition has been filed alleging police harassment. Petitioner's case is that the dispute between the petitioner and 4th respondent is a dispute of civil nature regarding an agreement. It is submitted that the petitioner was called and threatened by the senior police officers of the police station and asked the petitioner to appear.
3. Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions submitted that a complaint was submitted by 4th respondent before Home Minister, which was forwarded to the Sub Inspector of Police, and in that connection he was called to the police station and his statement has been recorded and report has already been submitted. At the level of police authority the matter is closed.
WP(C) No. 4475 of 2015 -:2:- In view of the aforesaid, we do not find that this is a case of police harassment. The Writ Petition is closed. Ashok Bhushan, Acting Chief Justice.
