JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers :

"(i) A writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the fourth respondent to dispose of Exhibit P1 at the earliest.

(ii) any other appropriate writ, direction or order as necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. Heard the learned standing counsel for the respondents as well, who submits that no time limit is specified for second appeal and that the 4th respondent is taking a consistent stand in strict order of priority. Ext. P1 appeal preferred by the petitioner is dated 02.12.2013. The learned standing counsel points out that the proceedings will be finalized within two months.

3. In the said circumstances, no further orders are necessary. The writ petition is disposed of, recording the submission of the learned standing counsel as aforesaid.
