JUDGMENT

The petitioner, a senior most professor having Post Graduate Degree in Ayurvedic Medicine,is holding an additional charge of the Principal of Vaidyaratnam Ayurveda College, Ollur. The petitioner approached this Court on account of non sanctioning of the post of Principal in Vaidyaratnam Ayurveda College. The petitioner raised grievance by Ext.P5 before the Government on 10/12/2014. The request in Ext.P5 is to sanction the post of Principal in Vaidyaratnam Ayurveda College, Ollur, with effect from 1/7/1985.

2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the respondent has not received Ext.P5.

3. Since Ext.P5 has not been received by the respondent, the petitioner shall produce a copy of this writ petition together with exhibits and judgment before the respondent. Thereafter, appropriate decision shall be taken on Ext.P5 in accordance with law within a period of two months of receiving

the same, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
