JUDGMENT

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader.

2. This writ petition is filed by the petitioner alleging police harassment. Petitioner prays for a direction to respondents 2 and 3, not to harass the petitioner and his family members and not to unnecessarily summon them.

3. Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions submitted that a crime has been registered against the petitioner's son being Crime No.106/2015 with regard to which petitioner's son's whereabouts were enquired to investigate about the crime. It is submitted that no action of harassment is meted out to the petitioner. We do not find any sufficient grounds or case in the writ petition to accept the petitioner's plea of any police

WP(C) No. 4501 of 2015 -:2:- harassment. Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. Ashok Bhushan, Acting Chief Justice.
