JUDGMENT

Shaffique, J.

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking for a direction to respondents 1 and 2 not to harass her and her son and not to interfere with the civil suit pending between the petitioner and respondents 3 and 4.

2. The writ petition is filed inter alia stating that the petitioner has civil disputes and civil litigations pending before the Court and respondents 1 and 2 are interfering and forcing the petitioner to settle those cases.

3. Learned State Attorney on instructions would submit that several criminal cases had been registered against the petitioner and respondents 3 and 4 and their family members. For the purpose of investigation of these cases, petitioner as well as respondents are being summoned to the police station. Police has not called upon the parties to resolve the civil dispute as alleged. Having regard to the aforesaid factual circumstances we do not think that mere calling of the

WP(C) No. 4506 of 2015 -:2:- parties to police station in connection with the investigation does not amount to any act of harassment.

Under such circumstances the relief sought for cannot be granted. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Ashok Bhushan, Acting Chief Justice.

A.M. Shaffique, Judge.
