JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer:

" Issue a writ of mandamus or such other writ, order or direction directing the respondents to consider Ext.P7 request submitted by the petitioner to permit petitioner to take the aid of an expert at the time of taking a measurement and pass appropriate order before taking the measurement as per Ext.P6 proceedings."

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the grievance of the petitioner has also been projected by way of Ext.P7 request and that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a st respondent to have it considered and direction is given to the 1 finalized within a reasonable time.

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.

3. After hearing both the sides, this Court does not find it necessary to go into the merits of the case. The writ petition is st respondent to consider and pass disposed of, directing the 1 appropriate orders on Ext.P7 request in accordance with law,

W.P.C. No. 4510 of 2015 -2after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'one month' from the date of receipt of a copy of this this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along st respondent for with a copy of the writ petition before the 1 further steps.
