JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer:

"A writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction to the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P3 complaint and pass appropriate orders after hearing the parties as expeditiously as possible within a time frame to be prescribed by this Court, in the interest of justice." The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the grievance of the petitioner has also been projected by way of Ext.P3 compliant filed against respondents 2 and 3, which is pending consideration from 29.03.2013 onwards and that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is given to the 1st respondent to have it considered and finalized within a reasonable time.

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.

3. After hearing both the sides, this Court does not find it necessary to go into the merits of the case or to issue notice to respondents 2 and 3 for the time being. The writ petition is

W.P.C. No. 4520 of 2015 -2disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3 in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondents 2 and 3, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'three months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this this judgment.

The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the 1st respondent for further steps.
