JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
"i. Issue a writ of mandamus or such other appropriate writ or order commanding 2nd respondent to consider Exhibit P6 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible within such time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
ii. Issue writ of mandamus or such other appropriate writ or order commanding 2nd and 3rd respondents to effect the mutation in the name of petitioner in respect of property situated in T.S 16 in Ward-I, Block-1 of Vdikkakom amsom in Thalassery Taluk."
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the grievance of the petitioner has also been projected by way of Ext.P6 representation and that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a nd respondent to have it considered and direction is given to the 2 finalized within a reasonable time.
2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.
3. After hearing both the sides, this Court does not find it necessary to go into the merits of the case. The writ petition is
W.P.C. No. 4544 of 2015 -2nd respondent to consider and pass disposed of, directing the 2 appropriate orders on Ext.P6 in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'two months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this this judgment.
The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along nd respondent for with a copy of the writ petition before the 2 further steps.
