JUDGMENT
The claim is limited to disbursement of commuted value of pension. Exhibit P4 representation put in by the petitioner in this regard is pending consideration with the first respondent.

I direct the first respondent to consider Exhibit P4 representation with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this judgment. 3.
Every endeavor shall be made to disburse the commuted value of pension due to the petitioner at the earliest.
The writ petition is disposed of.
