JUDGMENT

The petitioner was appointed as Dental Surgeon at Community Health Centre, Thuravoor under the National Rural Health Mission on contract basis. This was extended from time to time. The last extension was expired on 31.3.2014. Ext.P3 is the representation made by the petitioner for extension before the first respondent. The only request made by the petitioner is for an early disposal of Ext.P3 by the first respondent.

In the light of the facts and circumstances as above, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this writ petition along with the judgment before the first respondent for compliance.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
