JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:

"(a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3, after affording to the petitioner an opportunity of being heard, within the time limit as fixed by this Honourable Court. (b) Issue such other writ, order or direction as this Honourable Court deems fit and proper to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.

3. Considering the limited extent of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to adjudicate the issue on merits.

4. After hearing both the sides, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3, after conducting a spot inspection with notice to the petitioner and also with reference to the relevant records, as expeditiously as possible, at the earliest, at any rate, within

W.P.(C) No.4612 of 2015 'one month' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment, along with a copy of the writ petition, before the first respondent, for further steps.
