J U D G M E N T

The limited prayer of the petitioner who is faced with revenue recovery action, is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders in Ext.P4 revision petition that is filed by the petitioner before him.

2. I have heard Sri.V.G.Arun, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt.Lilly Lessly, the larned Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 revision petition filed by the petitioner before him within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. It is made clear that till such time as orders are passed by the 2nd respondent as directed above and communicated to the petitioner, further proceedings for recovery shall be kept in abeyance.
