JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:

"(i) a writ of mandamus or such other writ, direction or order directing the 1st respondent to consider and take appropriate action on Exhibit P2 complaint pending before him as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a time frame to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court;

(ii) such other writ or direction as is prayed for pendente lite by the petitioner and as is deemed fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court."

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.

3. Considering the limited extent of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to adjudicate the issue on merits.

4. After hearing both the sides, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2, with notice to the petitioner and also to the 2nd respondent, as expeditiously as possible, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'two months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

W.P.(C) No.4645 of 2015 Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment, along with a copy of the writ petition, before the first respondent, for further steps.
