J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached this Court challenging Ext.P1 order directing the petitioner to deposit the entire amount of service tax demanded with interest payable thereon within eight weeks and report compliance on 19.02.2015 by CESTAT.

It is to be noted that, the writ petitions viz., W.P.(C).Nos.4662, 4674, 6737 & 6736 of 2015 filed by other applicants in Ext.P1 order have been dismissed by this Court. In that view of the matter, this writ petition is also dismissed in the light of above judgments. However, the petitioner is given time to comply with Ext.P1 order till 31.07.2015.
