JUDGMENT

Petitioner has applied for a temporary permit in a defaulted route and seeks expeditious disposal of the same. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that a report has been called for from the Field Officer and the matter shall be considered, expeditiously. In the circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondent to expedite the report of the Field Officer and consider the application, within a period of one month. Writ petition is disposed off.
