JUDGMENT
The 1st petitioner is a regular stage carriage permit holder of vehicle bearing registration No.KL-34 A 1258 on the route Chempakappara-Changanacherry and the 2nd petitioner is operating on the said route. It is contended that subsequent to the allotment of timings to the petitioners, several other services were introduced in the same sector and the timings of several services have also been changed and, therefore, the petitioners submitted Ext.P4 request for revision of timings of their service. It is submitted that, last revision of timings of the petitioner was in the year 1999. Petitioners pray for an expeditious consideration of Ext.P4 application.
2. If Ext.P4 application has been received
WP(C).4813/15 in original in the office of the respondent, the respondent shall issue notice of hearing within one week of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment to the petitioners and any other stage carriage operators adversely affected by change in timings sought for by the petitioners and also display public notice in the notice board of the office of the respondent and shall then, consider the prayer of the petitioners, in accordance with law and by convening a timing conference at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of publication of the above notice. Needless to say that any revision made shall be subject to implementation of D3 Circular.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
