JUDGMENT

The petitioner has applied for regular permit on 25.07.2014. Since there is a delay in consideration of the same, he has also filed an application for temporary permit in the route in which the regular permit application is pending. The petitioner seeks expeditious consideration of both the regular permit application as also the temporary permit application.

2. The regular permit application, according to the learned Government Pleader would be placed before the RTA on 27.02.2015. In any event, since the temporary permit application is pending, if the regular permit application is not considered on 27.02.2015, the Secretary shall consider the temporary permit

WP(C).4837/15 application within ten days from 27.02.2015.

Writ petition disposed of.
