J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is aggrieved with the proceedings by the Employees State Insurance Corporation under the ESI Act, 1948 enforcing coverage of the petitioner's establishment. The petitioner's contention is that an exemption application is pending before the appropriate government, being the State Government, Exts.P4, P5 and P9 exemption applications are pending before the Government and hence, the notices issued at Exts.P6, P7 and P8, in the meanwhile by the ESI corporation cannot be proceeded with, is the plea. However, the learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that all the said applications were considered and the claim rejected.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that no communication has been received. In such
circumstances, the first respondent is directed to communicate the said orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. The petitioners contentions would be left open for appropriate challenge at the appropriate time in the appropriate forum.
The writ petition is closed.
