JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers :
(i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ or direction to direct the 1st respondent to consider Ext. P1 representation at the earliest within a time frame; (ii) To issue any other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been projected by way of Ext.P1, which is pending consideration before the first respondent, and that the only prayer is to cause the same to be considered and disposed of within a reasonable time.
3. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.
4. Considering the limited extent of relief sought for, this Court does not find it necessary to adjudicate the matter on merits. The writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to consider
W.P.(C) No. 5087 of 2014 : 2 :
and pass appropriate orders on Ext. P1, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
