J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has applied for a grant of temporary permit in the vacancy of a defaulted service.

2. The learned Government Pleader on instructions submit that, the same was not considered since, there was tax arrears pending with respect to the vehicle, which was offered to be run in the service. The learned Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has obtained an instalment facility from the Government and is paying tax in compliance with such facility. The petitioner would produce sufficient material to show that such a facility has been granted and the petitioner is complying with the same and in such circumstance, the Secretary, RTA may consider the

W.P.(C) No.4905 of 2015 - K temporary permit application within two weeks from the date of production of such evidence.

The writ petition is disposed of.
