JUDGMENT

Years have elapsed since the timings were last revised to operate service on the route. The timings deserve to be revised especially in accordance with the circular issued by the State Transport Authority. There is also no impediment for convening a timing conference in view of the disposal of WP(C) No. 30690/2014 today.

The first respondent is directed to surge ahead with the steps for revision of timings in accordance with the circular aforestated with due notice to all the operators in the route. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. 3.

The first respondent is free to revise timings of all the operators (including the petitioners in both the writ petitions) appropriately in accordance with the circular. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
