JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers :

"i. To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to quash Ext. P14. ii. To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to respondents 1 and 4 to ensure conduct of election by participation of parents regulated by identity cards issued till 27.1.2015 within such time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

iii. Such other reliefs which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration on 18.02.2015, there was no representation for the petitioner. Same is the position today as well. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the cause of action projected in the writ petition. In the said circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Sd/- P. R.
