J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved with the non consideration of application for regular permit and application for temporary permit produced as Ext.P1 and P2 respectively.

2. The learned Government Pleader submits that the matter is placed before the RTA meeting convened on 27.02.2015. The petitioner has produced the Field Officer's report also which would indicate that the route has no objectionable overlap. In any event, since the matter is placed before the RTA on 27.02.2015, the same shall be considered on that date or on the next adjourned date. If the matter is adjourned, then, if the petitioner prays for a temporary permit of 20 days duration, then definitely, the Secretary shall consider the same.

Writ petition is disposed of.
