The petitioner had obtained transfer of Ext.P1 regular permit. However no endorsement was made of the transfer since the vehicle which was running in the permit had tax arrears. The petitioner submits that the tax arrears of the vehicle has now been settled by the previous owner itself and the transfer of the permit may be endorsed. The petitioner is also said to be operating on regular permit. In such circumstance, on production of the evidence of clearance of tax arrears, the authority shall endorse the transfer, if the same has already been sanctioned. Writ petition is disposed of.
