J U D G M E N T
The petitioner seeks consideration of a temporary permit application.
2. The learned Government Pleader on instruction submits that, the application was rejected as early as on 12.02.2015 even before the writ petition was filed. In such circumstance, leaving open the remedies available to the petitioner, to challenge the said order, the writ petition would stand closed. There shall be a direction to the respondent authority to issue a certified copy of the order to the petitioner.
The writ petition would stand closed.
