JUDGMENT
The petitioner in W.P.(C). No. 5144 of 2015 is the 4th respondent in W.P.(C). No. 6088 of 2015 and hence both the matters are dealt with together. The learned counsel for the petitioner in W.P.(C). No. 6088 of 2015 points out that, being aggrieved of further course and events pursuant to Ext.P7 order dated 12.01.2015 passed by the 2nd respondent, the petitioner moved the 1st respondent by way of Ext.P11 appeal along with Ext.P12 petition for stay. The learned counsel submits that, the petitioner will be satisfied if the appeal is considered and disposed of within a reasonable time.
2. Heard both the sides in detail.
3. Considering the limited nature of relief sought for this Court does not find it necessary to go into the merits of the case nor does it require to issue notice to the 4th respondent (petitioner in W.P.(C). No. 5144 of 2015) for the time being, more so when, this Court has not passed any interim order in
W.P.C. No. 5144 & 6088 of 2015 -2W.P.(C). No. 5144 of 2015 and further that the petitioner in the said writ petition has not remitted any process charges despite ordering urgent notice on admission on 19.02.2015.
4. Final order on Ext.P11 appeal in W.P.(C). No. 6088 of 2015 shall be passed by the 1st respondent in the said writ petition in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the 4th respondent (petitioner in W.P.(C). No. 5144 of 2015) at the earliest, at any rate, within 'six weeks' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. 'Status quo' shall be maintained till such time. The concerned parties shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the concerned respondent for further steps.
