JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has sought to raise the pleadings and prayers in a better manner by filing WP(C) No.8425 of 2015 which is being brought up for admission. In the said circumstances, permission is sought for to withdraw this writ petition, without prejudice to pursue the other one.

Permission is granted and this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
