J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has filed this writ petition in the year 2009 aggrieved by the revenue recovery proceedings initiated against him, despite a civil suit between the petitioner and the Bank is pending.

Considering the nature of reliefs sought for as in the year 2009, I am of the view that the matter has become infructuous. Hence leaving open all the issues, this writ petition is closed. Sd/- A.MUHAMED MUSTAQUE, JUDGE.
