Shaffique, J.

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking for police protection. During the pendency of the writ petition, the matter was referred to mediation and it is reported that the petitioner and respondents 6 and 7 have entered into an interim arrangement and an undertaking has been filed jointly by them on 13.4.2012. Under such circumstances, we do not think that anything survives to be done in the matter. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
