JUDGMENT
The petitioner in the above writ petition is a regular stage carriage permit holder operating vehicle bearing registration No.KL-14 F/6622 in the route Manjeri-Parappanangadi via Irumbuzhi, Malappuram, Vengara, Kottakkal, Kakkad and Chemmad. The timings of the service was last alloted on 22.2.2014, hence the petitioner filed an application to revise the timings by Ext.P2 dated 28.1.2015. The petitioner prays for an expeditious consideration of his application. If Ext.P2 application has been received in original in the office of the respondent, the respondent shall, within one week of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, display public notice in the notice board of the office of the respondent and shall then
W.P.(C)No.5293 of 2015 -:2:- consider the prayer of the petitioner, in accordance with law, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of publication of the above notice. Needless to say the petitioner and any other rival operator who objects to the revision shall be heard before such consideration. The revision if made shall also be subject to any further revision made as per D3 Circular.
