JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a worker under the first respondent company. The petitioner in an earlier occasion approached this Court by filing Writ Petition No.4756/2005 seeking a direction to promote the petitioner to the next higher post. This Court directed the petitioner to make representation. It is submitted that even though that representation has been made by Ext.P3 as early as on 18.12.2012, no action has been taken to redress the grievance of the petitioner. 2.

The learned Standing Counsel submits that if Ext.P3 has not been disposed of so far, appropriate decision will be taken on Ext.P3.

In view of the above, if no decision has been taken on Ext.P3, the same shall be disposed of within a period of six

W.P.(C) No.5294 of 2015 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. If Ext.P3 has already been disposed of, the copy of that order shall be communicated to the petitioner without any delay. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
