J U D G M E N T

This writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs : (i) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order commanding the 2nd respondent to consider the approval of the appointment of the petitioners as evidenced by Ext.P3 series without any further delay and in the light of the principles laid down by the Honourable Court in Ext.P4 judgment.

(ii) Issue such other writ, direction or order as are just and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case to meet the ends of justice.

2. The learned Government Pleader has handed over to me order No.Acd.B4/1049/HSE/02 dated 17.11.2007 by which the Director of Higher Secondary Education, Thiruvananthapuram has approved the appointment of the petitioners.
