JUDGMENT
Shaffique, J.
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection. His case is that Crime No.114/2015 of Adimali Police Station has been registered against respondents 5 and 6. Though the police conducted investigation in the matter, entire matter relating to the incident was not recorded and accordingly the petitioner has submitted a complaint to the District Police Chief which is produced as Ext.P2.
2. Petitioner submits that on account of the complaint given by the petitioner against respondents 5 to 7, they are threatening the petitioner.
3. Learned State Attorney on instructions would submit that there is case and counter case in which crime has been registered against the petitioner as well. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Attorney and perused the record, we do not find that this is a fit case in which any order is to be passed.
WP(C) No. 5308 of 2015 -:2:- However, we only observe that if any offence is committed or there is any attempt to commit offence, on the complaint of the petitioner, appropriate action shall be taken by police. The Writ Petition is closed.
Ashok Bhushan, Acting Chief Justice.
A.M. Shaffique, Judge.
