JUDGMENT

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to provide adequate and effective protection from the 9th respondent for completing the work of levelling the ground by filling the pits in the property of the 8th respondent.
3. The learned Government Pleader, on instruction, submits that in so far as filling of the pits is concerned, no permission is required and that the same can be undertaken by the petitioner. However, for transportation he requires Form-P from the Geologist. He further submits that allegation has been made against the 9th respondent in the Writ Petition, whereas no such person was found at
WP(C).5311/15 the place. He also submits that the whereabouts of the 9th respondent being not known, the apprehension of threat from him is misconceived.
Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed.
