JUDGMENT

The petitioner made a request for One Time Settlement Scheme in the light of Ext.P4 Circular for paying the motor tax arrears of more than five years. On account of nonconsideration of the above request, the petitioner has approached this Court.

In view of the pendency of Ext.P5, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the same after issuing notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks. Till a decision is taken in the matter, all recovery proceedings against the petitioner shall be kept in abeyance. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
