JUDGMENT

The petitioner was appointed as HSA in a resignation vacancy. The 2nd respondent, District Education Officer, rejected the approval of appointment. Thereupon the petitioner approached Director of Public Instructions. By Ext.P2 order, that appointment of the petitioner approved on daily wages from 13.06.2012 to 31.03.2013 and thereafter from the next academic year onwards on regular scale of pay was approved. Aggrieved by the approval of appointment on daily wages for the period from 13.06.2012 to 31.03.2013, the petitioner approached the Government by Ext.P3 Revision Petition.

2. The limited prayer of the petitioner is for an early disposal of Ext.P3. In the above circumstance, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P3 revision petition within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after affording an opportunity of

W.P.(C) No.5387/2015 hearing to the petitioner.

The writ petition is diposed of accordingly.
