JUDGMENT

The petitioner was a college affiliated to the M.G.University, seeking extension of its affiliation. By order dated 19.3.2010, this Court directed the third respondent to consider the application for grant of affiliation for the years 2009-10 and 2010-11 without insisting for the No Objection Certificate from the Government of Kerala and agreement with the Government of Kerala. The writ petition is of the year 2010 and it is not clear as to what was done, pursuant to the direction of this Court. Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. K. Vinod Chandran, Judge.
