Petitioner is working as Office Attendant in the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Kattakada. The petitioner made a request for transfer to Vanchiyoor. However, he transferred from Kattakada to Nedumangad. He made a representation by Ext.P2 before the 2nd respondent to consider his transfer to Vanchiyoor.

In view of the limited request made by the petitioner, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P2 and take an appropriate decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
