JUDGMENT

The petitioner, who is the Managing Trustee of Krishna Menon Memorial Trust which runs SNUP School at Kodunthirapully in Palakkad, has raised certain disputes regarding the management of the school. The 3rd respondent is the other claimant. The petitioner approached this Court seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to hear Ext.P3 appeal filed by the 3rd respondent before the authorities.

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the Authorities have already taken a decision allowing the 3rd respondent to continue as a Manager.
