JUDGMENT

The petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking a writ of certiorari to quash Exts.P6 and P7. By Ext.P6 the petitioners were issued with a notice to appear before the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Kollam in Consumer Case No.451/2005 filed by the 1st respondent herein. Due to nonappearance of the petitioners the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum issued Ext.P7 warrant. It was in such circumstances the petitioners have approached this Court in this Writ Petition seeking various reliefs.

Today, when the case was taken up for final hearing, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent would point out that the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum had already disposed of Consumer Case No.451/2005 and in such circumstances nothing survives in this Writ Petition. Then the learned counsel

W.P.(C).No.15682 of 2006 for the petitioners would submit that this Writ Petition may be closed recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent.

In the said circumstances, this Writ Petition is closed recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent, who is none other than the complainant in Consumer Case No.451/2005, that the aforesaid complaint has already been disposed and as such nothing survives in this Writ Petition.
