JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to approach the revisional authority against Ext.P6 order impugned in the writ petition. The petitioner only prays for keeping the interim order of stay against the recovery, pending for a period of two weeks so as to enable her to approach the statutory authority under the KVAT Act, against Ext.P6 order. The permission sought for by the petitioner is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, making it clear that the interim order granted shall continue to be in force for a period of two weeks from today, and will cease to operate on the expiry of the said period of two weeks.
