JUDGMENT
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer:
"Issue an appropriate writ of mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondent No.3 to complete the proceedings as concerning Ext.P6 revision and pass orders on the same within such time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice."
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the grievance of the petitioner has also been projected by way of Ext.P6 revision petition and that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is given to the 3rd respondent to have it considered and finalized within a reasonable time.
2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.
3. After hearing both the sides, this Court does not find it necessary to go into the merits of the case. The writ petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P6 revision petition in accordance with
W.P.C. No. 5570 of 2015 -2law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner at the earliest, at any rate, within 'two months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this this judgment.
The petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the third respondent for further steps.
