JUDGMENT

The petitioner filed this writ petition, challeging the action taken by the respondents, in proceedings against the petitioner for recovery of the loan amounts defaulted by him.

2. When the matter was taken up today, it was submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that, the petitioner has since regularised the account by paying the defaulted installments.

Under the said circumstances, the cause of action for maintaining the present writ petition has ceased to exist. Thus, recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents that the account has been regularised by the petitioner, this writ petition is closed as infructuous.
