JUDGMENT

The petitioner is aggrieved with the pendency of a regular permit application and seeks for issuance of temporary permit. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the RTA would place the regular permit application itself in its meeting on 10.03.2015. In such circumstances, there would be no requirement to consider the temporary permit application. Suffice it to direct that, the RTA shall consider the regular permit application on 10.03.2015 itself and pass orders expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of two weeks from that date.

Writ petition disposed of.
