J U D G M E N T
Ext.P1 application filed under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act has been dismissed by Ext.P2 order. Ext.P3 application filed under Section 28A(3) of the Land Acquisition Act is pending.
2. I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P3 application with notice to the petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.
3. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition and the judgment before the second respondent for compliance.
