J U D G M E N T

The appointment of respondents 3, 4 and 5 by the Administrative committee of the second respondent Bank is impugned. The appointment is stated to have been made without issuing a notification calling for applications from eligible candidates. The petitioner also contends that the administrative committee could have only attended to the day-to-day affairs of the society by virtue of Ext.P1 order in W.P.(C) No.21813 of 2014.

2. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P2 representation pending with the first respondent. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation with notice to the petitioner, the second respondent as well as respondents 3 to 5. The needful shall be done within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
