J U D G M E N T

The petitioner seeks for consideration of Ext.P1 temporary permit application. According to the petitioner, the application is to operate a service in the place of Ext.P4 permit, which has been surrendered and the timings are said to be still vacant.

The learned Government Pleader on instructions submit that, the route length is 22 kms., in which 15 kms. objectionably overlap a scheme route. It is also submitted that there were other temporary permit applications, which have been rejected.

In such circumstance, the respondent would consider Ext.P1 application within a period of two weeks from today. The writ petition is disposed of.
