J U D G M E N T

It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been appointed as LG (Hindi) Probationary as per Ext.P7 order of the Manager during the pendency of the writ petition, and that in view of Ext.P7 order, the grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition stands redressed. Accordingly, taking note of Ext.P7 order passed by the Manager, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, leaving it open to the respondents to consider the issue of approval to the appointment of the petitioner in accordance with the provisions of the Kerala Education Act and Rules.
