Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

This writ petition has been filed alleging police harassment and seeking for a direction to the first respondent not to threaten or torture the petitioner for any act done by her son, Shiju Thomas.

Petitioner's case in this writ petition is that respondent Nos.2 to 6 are demanding the money back, which they had given to Shiju Thomas for arranging employment in abroad. We do not find any allegation in this writ petition, on the basis of which, it can be accepted that there is any kind of police harassment. 4.
Learned Government Pleader submits that the petitioner has not even submitted any complaint alleging harassment.
In the above view of the matter, we do not find that it is a case of any police harassment. Hence, the writ petition is closed.
